Thinking ahead, developing and realising together

ZEST-Innovate took part in the two-day Dutch economic MedTech mission to Belgium, led by Minister Sjoerd Wiemer Sjoerdsma. The focus was on strengthening cooperation between the Netherlands and Belgium in the fields of innovation and clinical validation.

During a panel discussion on the role of Dutch innovation, technology and engineering in the MedTech of the future, we joined a conversation moderated by Micha Van Lin of Task Force Health Care (TFHC). The panel included Jan-Willem Deutekom of Thaumatec Tech Group, Manon van Raak of Philips and Edwin Beckers of Demcon life sciences & health.

Our conviction? Innovation starts with collaboration and the courage to take initiative. By working closely with the client from the very beginning, switching quickly and seizing opportunities, we turn innovative ideas into technically strong and feasible solutions. Not waiting until everything is fixed, but thinking ahead, developing and realising together. That is how we create solutions that add both technical and commercial value.

Thanks to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch embassy and TFHC for organising the mission and bringing together the parties shaping the future of MedTech.
