From idea to precision solution
The customer approached us with a clear challenge: how can we minimize fluid loss and efficiently realize the filling process with precision? Their goal was to automate the proces while maintaining accuracy and control.
Together with the customer, we explored the possibilities. What exactly do we want to achieve? Where are the limits, and how can we ensure that the final result is reliable and repeatable?
From testing to a precise system
Through close collaboration, several concepts were developed and evaluated through both lab and field testing. This iterative approach led us step by step to the final design of the secure syringe filler. The system integrates multiple stepper motors working together in a complex setup, enabling the liquid to be dispensed into syringes with micrometer-level precision.

An automated, efficient, and highly precise system that minimizes liquid loss and ensures a reliable filling process.
