About the role
As Project Manager you are responsible for successfully managing a variety of technical projects within the high-tech industry and special machine building. From small-scale engineering challenges to complex multidisciplinary trajectories: you maintain overview, manage teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality requirements. You are the central point of contact for clients, engineers and suppliers and know how to combine technology with planning, communication and result-driven working.
What will you do?
- Leading and coordinating technical projects from quotation phase to delivery (FAT and SAT)
- Developing project plans and monitoring planning, budget, quality and progress
- Managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Maintaining client contact and acting as a sparring partner
- Identifying opportunities, risks and areas for improvement within projects
- Coordinating with engineers, production, suppliers and external parties
- Reporting to management and stakeholders
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
- Experience as a project manager within technology in the high-tech industry or special machine building
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with complex technical trajectories
- Initiative-driven
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
